Hi there! Welcome to my Watson Research!

This webpage showcases everything I learned during my Watson Fellowship. From May 2022 to July 2023, I traveled to ten different countries exploring my project: Foregrounding Dignity & Kindness in Care Facilities. Here’s a brief overview of the project: Around the world, innovative models of elder care are being developed to combat the isolation and ageism often faced by older adults. My Watson year took me to rural and urban settings, understanding what it means to age in care facilities and in the community. I now have a different mindset on how we can ensure care settings are person-directed.
